A Few Related Skills and Experiences
(This is an entry-level role, and experience in every one of these areas is not required – we will train you on what you need to know! But the following skills/experience are awesome to have and will help get your career off to a running start):
- Sales or Account Management experience in any industry
- Customer service experience in any industry
- Advertising/marketing agency experience
- Digital marketing experience
- Google Analytics and/or analytical/research skills
- Excel/Google Docs skills
- You are a professional, dependable, and independent worker with a strong work ethic
- You’re self-motivated, thrive on challenges, and enjoy getting things done
- You have an eye for detail and dedication to high-quality work
Qualifications
- Must be a native English speaker (1st language)
- Fundamental understanding of Google Ads / Search Ads
- Need to be comfortable with client-facing communication, both written and verbal, as well as video and occasionally in person.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to effectively convey what’s most relevant and meaningful for various audiences within the client organization, including the C-Suite, marketing team, finance, and IT teams, in a clear and understanding way.
- Presentation capabilities in meetings with clients via Zoom
- Ability to manage and prioritize many partner-clients and deadlines concurrently while also managing internal and external expectations.
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Drive
Responsibilities
- Manage and communicate PPC as a business strategy with measurable goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and improve campaign performance that is aligned with partner-client goals and initiatives.
- Help clients establish paid campaign KPIs that matter to their unique business goals and provide actionable reports to help them reach these goals.
- Manage day-to-day campaign activity and partner-client deliverables.
- Educate partner-clients on PPC best practices and digital marketing in general.
- Develop PPC strategies and ninety-day roadmaps that support digital marketing efforts.
- Think beyond tactical PPC execution and deliver high-level strategic recommendations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and success of efforts, measuring actual results against desired outcomes.
- Create, deliver, and educate on complex PPC deliverables.
- Drive innovation and implement testing strategies to continually uncover opportunities for optimization, enhance learning, and improve performance.
- Find opportunities to improve the team, the company, our processes, and our clients, and take the initiative to make them happen.
