Sheetah Terms of Service

Effective October 22, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Searchbloom, 10808 S. River Front Parkway, Suite #3116, South Jordan, UT 84095, for the use of Sheetah. By signing in, you accept them.

The service

Sheetah is free. It captures form submissions from websites you add and writes them to Google Sheets in your Google Drive. Searchbloom may change, limit, or end the service. If it ends, account owners will be emailed at least 30 days ahead where possible. Your Sheets stay in your Drive either way.

Your responsibilities

• Add Sheetah only to websites you own or are authorized to manage.
• Tell your visitors, in your own privacy notice, that form submissions are stored in Google Sheets and that the visit's source is recorded with them, and meet the privacy laws that apply to you.
• Do not use Sheetah to collect payment card data, passwords, government ID numbers, or health information.
• Do not send spam, attack the service, or try to reach other accounts' data.

No warranty

Sheetah is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sheetah never blocks or replaces your website's own form handling, so your site keeps receiving leads the way it does today; still, keep your form's own email or storage turned on. Searchbloom does not promise that every lead will reach your Sheet.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Searchbloom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost leads, revenue, or data, arising from the use of Sheetah. Because the service is free, Searchbloom's total liability is limited to $100.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time. Searchbloom may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
