About our Partner
Our partner is a plaintiff-side employment and labor law firm that represents workers across two dozen states, in wrongful termination, discrimination, EEOC, harassment, wage-and-hour, and federal employment matters. The firm runs a centralized intake operation, and every paid search dollar routes through a single landing page before it reaches that team.
Who They Are
A newly launched firm that went national from the start, with a dedicated intake team ready to absorb inquiry volume from many states at once. The constraint was never intake capacity. It was whether the traffic Searchbloom bought would convert well enough to justify the spend.
Why the Page Matters Most
The state campaigns point at one consolidated landing page, so that page is the single asset the program leans on hardest. Its conversion rate sets the ceiling on the whole account. Lift the page, and every dollar of media works harder. Leak at the page, and the media leaks with it.
The Problem
The landing page is the chokepoint of a paid search program. Employment plaintiff clicks are among the most expensive in search, often more than $20 each in competitive metros, so a page that converts at the industry average quietly wastes a large share of the budget. For a new firm scaling nationally, an average page was not good enough.
Unbounce puts the median conversion rate for a legal industry landing page at 4.2%. At that rate, more than 95 of every 100 paid visitors leave without converting, and the firm pays for all of them.
The firm needed a page that converted several times better than the norm, and it needed that page to hold up as traffic scaled across new states and devices, not just in a clean test.
The Solution
Searchbloom runs conversion work on its proprietary methodology, User Experience, Trust Signals, and Urgency (UTU). The firm consolidated every state campaign onto one measurable page, then tested it continuously on Unbounce, holding each test to statistical significance rather than calling it early.
- Ran tests on mobile font sizing, page width, and navigation, because the large majority of these visitors arrive on a phone after a workplace event.
- Tested hero imagery, real people over stock, to see what earned trust fastest.
- Rendered city-and-case-specific copy at runtime with a dynamic-text-replacement template, so a visitor in any metro sees a page that reads like it was built for them, without maintaining hundreds of static pages.
- Tested the presentation and treatment of trust symbols and credentials until the winning arrangement was clear.
- Narrowed the page to a single, unifying value proposition rather than a list of claims, so the promise is legible in seconds.
- Reinforced that the firm represents workers, not employers, the trust cue that matters most to this visitor.
- Tested call-to-action treatments to move more visitors from reading to acting.
- Surfaced payment plan messaging, so cost is not the reason a worker leaves.
- Matched the page to the ad that produced the click, so the promise the ad makes is the promise the page keeps, the single largest lever on message-match conversion.
The testing engine did as much as any single test. Unbounce Smart Traffic routes each visitor to the variant most likely to convert for someone like them, and it added a 22.4% conversion-rate lift on its own. Behavior-set targeting layered on top, so an Eastern-time visitor on a phone might see a different winning page than a Central-time visitor on a desktop. In one test, a mobile-font-sizing variant for Eastern-time visitors converted at 35%. The catch is patience: not every test won, and the ones that lost were cut quickly, which is the point of holding each to significance instead of a hunch.
The Results
The consolidated, continuously tested page converts at 21.08%, five times the 4.2% legal industry median, across 190,800 visitors and 40,200 conversions. It climbed from 6.2% at launch in early 2025 to a rate that has held above 28% since September 2025, so the current page runs closer to seven times the median. The blended all-time figure of 21.08% is held down only by the early ramp.

| Landing Page Performance | Result |
| Conversion rate (Unbounce, all-time) | 21.08% |
| Legal industry median (Unbounce) | 4.2% |
| Multiple of the industry median | About 5x |
| Visitors | 190,800 |
| Conversions | 40,200 |
| Smart Traffic conversion-rate lift | 22.4% |
The benchmark is Unbounce's own legal industry median of 4.2%, measured across the other legal pages on its platform. This page converts at roughly five times that, and the volume behind the number, 190,800 visitors, means it is a rate the page has earned at scale, not in a small sample.
| Period | Conversion Rate |
| Launch, February to April 2025 | 6.2% |
| September 2025 to date | 28.3% |
| All-time blended | 21.08% |
None of this happened at launch. The page opened at 6.2%, ordinary for the vertical, and every point of improvement after that came from a test that beat the control. By September 2025 the rate had crossed 28%, and it has held there for a year, through new states, new devices, and rising traffic. Holding a conversion rate while volume climbs is the rare part. It is also the reason the media above the page can scale.
The timeline of changes behind the number.
| When | What was tested |
| July 2025 | Testing program launches; desktop and mobile navigation |
| August 2025 | Call-to-action treatments; a required message field on the intake form |
| September 2025 | Mobile font sizing |
| October 2025 | Page width, desktop |
| November 2025 | Hero imagery, real people over stock |
| April 2026 | Trust symbols, presentation and treatment; payment plan messaging |
| July 2026 | Ad-to-page message match; a thank you page rebuild, reverted after an Android defect |
| August 2026 | A new page section below the three-step module |
One to two tests a month, each held to statistical significance rather than called on a hunch, from launch through today. The September 2025 step change, when the rate crossed 28%, followed the run of navigation, call-to-action, and message-field tests that landed across the summer. Not every test won, and the thank you page rebuild in July 2026 is the honest example: it broke a file download on Android and was rolled back within the week.
